Facial Esthetic Surgery

Facial Implants and Facial Liposuction can refine the contours of the cheeks, chin, jawline, and neck for a stronger, more balanced appearance. These procedures can address under-projected facial structure or persistent fullness beneath the chin and are tailored to each patient’s anatomy and goals.

Overview

How it works

Facial Esthetic Surgery can enhance definition and improve facial balance by addressing the underlying structure and soft tissue of the face. Facial Implants may be used to accentuate the cheek bones, chin, nose, or angle of the lower jaw in patients whose skeletal framework is less pronounced. By improving that foundation, the overlying facial contours can appear firmer and more defined without a more extensive facelift procedure.

For patients bothered by fullness beneath the chin or along the neck, Facial Liposuction can safely reduce localized fat that does not respond to diet or exercise. In selected cases, Liposuction may be combined with a Chin Implant or a modified Neck Lift to create a healthier, more youthful profile.

What to expect

Before surgery

Your surgeon evaluates your facial structure, skin tone, areas of fullness, and esthetic goals to determine whether Facial Implants, Liposuction, or a combination of procedures is the right fit. Implant size and placement, treatment areas, and expected outcomes are reviewed during planning.

During surgery

Facial Implants are placed through incisions inside the mouth, avoiding visible external scars. Facial Liposuction is performed through small incisions hidden under the chin or behind the ears to remove localized fat and improve contour. The exact approach depends on the areas being treated.

After surgery

Swelling and bruising are expected, particularly after Liposuction, and may last for a week or longer. As healing progresses, facial contours become more defined and balanced. Your surgeon will provide recovery instructions and follow-up care based on the procedures performed.
